These Terms and Conditions apply to the Glowify app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by Ali Yapici (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
2.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including but not limited to your name, routines, daily logs, messages, skin-related information, personal Q&A (e.g., skin type, age range, skin goals, skin issues), and skin analysis results.
2.2. License: By submitting content, you grant Glowify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and process the content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
2.3. Representation: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.
3.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ali Yapici and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us.
4.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Glowify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
4.2. Glowify does not provide medical advice. The skin analysis and recommendations provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4.3. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
